Everything we do in the State’s Attorney’s Office is about serving the people of Madison County. Our office is committed to assisting victims of crime and the community as a whole, in a manner that helps people successfully recover  from the trauma of being a crime victim. We are dedicated to upholding the Illinois Crime Victim’s Bill of Rights by providing crime victims and their families with the tools and resources they need to navigate the criminal justice system and recover from the trauma crime creates in their lives.
