A major goal of this office is to offer innovative programs designed to both prevent crime and to hold people accountable for violating the law. Many of our programs are designed to reduce crime and recidivism in non-violent, low-level offenders by leveraging innovative criminal justice solutions with existing social services organizations. We have developed several programs that have proven to work to prevent and deter future crime, offer valuable services to help get low-level offenders back on their feet, and to assist citizens in keeping themselves safe.
